I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Upon arrival, the bed linen was not fresh and still had stains from previous guests. Additionally, throughout my three-night stay, the hotel staff continually forgot to replenish essential items like water and coffee. To top it off, maintenance work next to my room began early each morning, making it impossible to relax.

What a fantastic stay! The spacious room had incredible views, and the cozy atmosphere was complemented by friendly staff. Access to the beach club’s swim-up bar, along with ample nearby dining options, made our trip memorable. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway with convenience at every turn!

during my stay, I enjoyed walking to the nearby Playa San Francisco, where I took in breathtaking sunset views, and the hotel's proximity to fantastic dining options like El Patron Restaurant, just steps away, made it a breeze to enjoy local cuisine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with beautiful sea views. The outdoor seating was perfect for relaxing after a fun day biking around Jama Island with our kids and three dogs. The spacious room and delicious breakfast made our mornings even better.

My kids wished for a better poolside experience with more family-friendly activities. Perhaps adding a kids' play area would enhance the enjoyment for families.

We had a fantastic time in a roomy suite with an amazing view and a lovely outdoor jacuzzi that made our stay feel special. The warm pool was perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The only downside was that the evening dining options could have been a bit more varied, but overall, we really enjoyed our stay! 🌞

The view from our room was amazing, looking right over the marina. The room itself looked updated, but the beds were super uncomfortable with a weird plastic on them. We just used one of the full beds, but it wasn't very cozy. Showers were nice, though. WiFi was a total flop. we got no service at all during our stay. Overall, decent space but the bed situation really needs fixing.

I truly enjoyed the contemporary and tasteful décor throughout the Marinaterra Hotel & Spa. The spacious common areas were easily accessible for seniors, and I appreciated the attentive staff who always offered assistance when needed.

Additionally, the limited English-speaking staff posed some challenges when seeking assistance for bookings outside the hotel. A more robust dining experience would elevate the stay significantly.

The room was spacious with a beautiful marina view and a comfy sofa. It had air conditioning, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The outdoor pools were nice, and the spa offered great massages and beauty services. Free parking was available right at the hotel too.

The room was comfortable, but the coffee maker was broken during our stay.

Couples should look elsewhere

The staff was friendly, especially the guy who helped with our luggage. The restaurant served some good meals too, but not enough to make me forget other issues.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.
